I just moved to Naples and am looking for a business opportunity. I have a very wide and varied background including very high-end custom home remodeling (general contractor in Los Angeles for 16 years) and consumer product development and marketing. More than anything I am a true entrepreneur and someone with total integrity. This makes me a great choice as a potential business partner. Most of the businesses I've created were started with very little capital and a lot of hard work. I know how to get things done and get the phone ringing.
What I am looking for is either someone with a lot of building knowledge and a desire to start a construction company, or another business opportunity with a capable partner. I am ready to get to work immediately! As far as skills I am very versed in all methods of construction, a tradesman, a good manager, salesperson, marketer, bookkeeper, knowledgeable of all the major software platforms, internet savvy, etc. I also have experience in import/export, warehousing and fulfillment, advertising, media buying, creating business plans, trade shows, web development, developing products, informercial productions, etc.
I am currently a very young and energetic 48 year old man with a passion to succeed at whatever I do. Hopefully I can find someone with a similar drive who also has a great deal of integrity and a good sense of humor!
