THIS IS ONE BIG-DADDY!
Custom Built Large Portable Commercial Grade BBQ Grill/Smoker on Trailer. 115 volt, 1½ rpm rotisserie, 3,500 lb axle, 15in tires, 2in. hitch, leveling jacks at 3 points. Off set fire box with flu, 4 - 40in. round free spinning racks, built-in thermometer.
This is one large portable BBQ - Smoker with Rotisserie. Serves 100+ people easily! This well built cooker is 5/16" thick, 8' - 3" overall height, 9' - 3" overall length, 6' - 8" overall width. Totally portable, pulls GREAT! Even a mini-van would have no problem, easy to hitch and move by hand. Jacks at 3 points make it easy to level and set up safely. Firebox is made of 3/8" plate on top and sides, bottom is 1/2" plate with suspended grating for fire to breathe, with adjustable flu for better control of heat, (170* to 400*) average heat on grill racks. Free spinning racks, 1½ RPM rotisserie, 115 volt electric motor with belt drive pulleys, built in thermometer with e-z latch door. High temp paint, I planned on painting Dale Earnhardt's #8 on the side but never got around to it. ADDED NOTE: Since this posting I have added a stainless steel work station and storage.
Perfect BBQ that is so easy ... Ribs, Butt Roasts, Pork Loins, Beef Briskets, Chicken Breasts, Turkeys, Gator, even Steaks keep all their juices! NO fish has even been in this cooker. It would be TOO easy to keep on bragging but to set up at a party or club and cook ... OPENS eyes and gets people talking! I built this Grill myself and I've had a lot of GOOD TIMES with it!
I have catered for very large parties, and also for the American Legion, Moose Lodge, Eagles, Elks and VFW. The food doesn't get any better than this! Or any easier prepared!
Also perfect for Competition Cook-offs, Weddings, Family Reunions or Company Picnics!
