Master bedroom has king size bed, ceiling fan, sliders opening to the screened lanai and large walk-in closet. Master bath has privacy commode, large shower, double sinks and is sheer luxury. Guest room has a queen bed and is adjacent to the second full bath. Washer, dryer and laundry sink are in separate laundry room. Single detached garage has plenty of length for a large size car or bicycle parking at the end of the car.
Two pools are on site. One is a 600 foot, lazy river pool where guests use noodles (provided by owner) to ride on the 3 mph curent that meanders through swaying palm trees. There is also a traditional olympic style pool - both pools are heated to 86 degrees. Also on site are tennis courts, bocci, shuffle board and nature paths for those who like a little outside exercise. For those who like walking or biking the loop around the gated complex is 1.5 miles. And, a beautiful clubhouse is perfect for socializing, entertaining or just kicking back and reading a book selected from the large selection.
Bus trips to cultural events, shopping sprees and other places/events of interest are organized through the club. Sign up sheets are posted at the entryway.
Women's tennis meets Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings and Men's meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Inside the decor is comfort but not sparse. Put your feet up and relax in the family room while watching a 50 inch TV. 4 of the seats recline and one has an ottoman. The dining area is close and has cushiony leather chairs with arms and casters so you are again very comfortable. There are towel bars and hooks for wet suits in the bathrooms and lots of towels. Nice linens and decor in the bedrooms including a lighted, air conditioned walk in closet in each bedroom and a chair to sit in. Every bedroom has its own tv.
In the kitchen enjoy the window to the lanai for serving meals. dishwasher, glass top stove, microwave, side by side refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, blender, mixer, electric frying pan, crock pot, lots of utensils, two different sets of dishes, heavy 18/10 stainless steel flatware. I've even left some spices to make your cooking easier. There is a wireless hookup for your lap top and a printer you can use. Two adult bikes and 3 kids bikes will take you to 3 near by parks, the video store, fast food places, or even the grocery store for small items you can put in the basket on the bike. To top it off, the whole lot is fenced, and there are no neighbors on either side or across the canal - you get a very private home. Should you choose to get away to the beaches at Fort Myers or Sanibel, I have 8 large beach towels, chairs, umbrella, big cooler, small cooler, and a bag to help carry it. I also have a book of suggested places such as beaches, marinas, parks, day trips, golf courses, restaurants.
If you decide to take advantage of this low rate, let me know and I'll email a contract. Full payment will be due a month before arrival if paying by check. I also can accept credit card payments if it becomes less than a month till arrival. Other fees include $158 cleaning fee, 11% taxes, $325 refundable security deposit.
