As can be seen from the photos and hull shine this boat has spent 97% of its life covered and out of the water. It does not include an outboard and some of the boat such as the rugs and some lights were replaced simply because of their age. The porta head was never used and it has the sails it came with plus a 150% head sail. It is bit of story why this boat as not been used which I will share if someone is seriously interested in the boat plus a description of there numerous items included with the. boat. In a number of respects such as an improved interior and cherry paneling on the companion way hatch make it better than new.

I included in the photos some of the boat when we were preparing to bring it from our former home in Ohio to Florida as well as our arrival in Florida. We had a Tartan 34C in Ohio so this boat was simply stored in our garage in Ohio.

There are other Compac 16s out there if you are simply looking for an inexpensive boat. This boat is for someone looking for a unique Compac 16 Mark II in super condition.
