Rent is ... negotiable ... for now. It depends on what you need.
The Good:
High and dry. On a paved road. The site is on a high point in the whole neighborhood. We are in the dry season now, but even in the wet season it is well drained. None of the recent storms left water on the ground over night and even Hurricane Ian, a direct hit, didn't leave water on the ground past two days at the high point, just a few inches and my RV was dry at the time. Lets face it, if a hurricane is coming, you are going to bug out. And even if not, you can shelter in the house. The house is 3.5 feet ABOVE the crown of the road. I built it on a hill. There are actually two locations already set with 50 amp service. I don't care which you choose. Both have advantages. They are on their own electric pole with their own meter, so electric is what you actually use. There are no fences (for now) so there is 24/7 access. Wifi is included, fiber optic to the house, pumped out to your location. Wireless for now, but if you want direct connect, that can be arranged. Potential for onsite washer / dryer. Keep reading.
The Middle:
Water is direct from the well right now. This is not ideal because Florida water is sulfur rich so it smells if not treated and you don't want sulfur bacteria in your RV system. However, I do have all of the equipment to set up good water, but not the $2500 I need to set up a second water site. This is part of the negotiation. For now, you have access to shared clothes washers and dryers, but once the water is addressed, you would have independent washers and dryers. Used, not brand new, but functional. I want to stress that I am developing the site. This is part of the negotiation.
The not so good:
There is no place on site to dump black water. There is an RV park about 5 minutes away but I don't know if the public can use it. I know of a RV storage place about 15 minutes away that takes black water. Last I saw the sign it was $18. You probably want to drive the RV at least once a month anyway.
It's not a paved pad, but it is hard ground. Use lift mats.
