Clean room with memory foam mattress, good size cabinet for storage, closet, end table and lamp, over head light. Bathroom is right off bedroom. No one else is using it at this time. Have space in the fridge, microwave, little oven, washer/dryer, wifi. Must be respectful of homeowner's common sense rules not come in do what you want after. It is close to most stores and the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Can pay rent weekly or monthly and stay is short-term only unless one is an awesome tenant, light traveler. House is being worked on and adjustments have to be made. Room is bigger than pic shows. No smoking in or out, drugs or hard alcohol drinkers or record. Must have job or life outside of just staying in room all day. I am done with that. Must be friendly, no sourpusses with attitude. It's someone home and you are a guest.
