Local Commercial Real Estate Company seeking a full-time, entry level bookkeeper.
We are wanting to adding a team member to our staff that is looking to learn and grow with our office. We have a strong portfolio of residential and commercial real estate and want to give the right candidate the opportunity to jump start their career.
Job requirements will be (but not limited to):
* Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, journal entries
* Purchase orders
* Payable/receivable principles
* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel a must
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Bank account reconciliations
* Customer and vendor file maintenance within QuickBooks software.
* Various coordinating activities between two operating departments:
* Must speak English - Bilingual a plus
* Must be able to pass a background check
