An independent luxury automotive dealership and service operation in Naples is seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations. This position offers flexible hours, with increased workload during the winter season and lighter hours during the summer.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with a small, well-run business and values accuracy, organization, and independence.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and assist with monthly financial reporting
Track expenses, invoices, and vendor payments
Ensure proper expense categorization and clean, well-organized books
Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliations
Communicate clearly with ownership and external CPA as needed
Requirements:
Proven bookkeeping experience
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Solid understanding of accounting principles and terminology
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Professional, trustworthy, and organized
Experience with small businesses or automotive-related accounting is a plus
