This antique Seth Thomas clock is from September 7, 1880, as the original label indicates. The finish is amazingly good and the feet are awesome – overall it is in great condition! It is still very accurate at keeping time and has chimes that play on the half hour and hour.
There are 3 different wind up spots; time, chime, and fine tuning the pendulum. It comes with the key. I am not a clock expert or jeweler - It has been displayed in a smoke free, immaculately clean home and has been maintained by an expert over the many years my family has owned it.
This is a 4 Pillar clock with a Beautiful Carved Case and an abundance of original Green Faux Marble that is still in excellent condition. The glass in the front is in great condition with no chips or scratches.
The pendulum has been taken as to not damage the internal components during your transport. It is packaged in a large shipping box, so it's ready for safe pick up.
