We have a handful of very large (strategically selected) hedge funds dead to rights for committing and engaging in ongoing fraud.
Doesn't have to be litigated to prove - already established through previous admissions ("judicially recognized evidence") = forced settlements.
Taken 3 years to build this position. Perfecting the approach and strategy while gather everything needed; witnesses, signatures, relevant experts, and putting the specialized legal team and corporate negotiators in place which are there and on contingency.

Seeking an additional liquidity partner for hard costs prior to execution to insure it will be comfortably seen through to completion prior to initiating execution (they don't know we're coming either).
Min. $500K with fixed return + percentage of settlement ~ up to a full partnership share for larger commitment (probable 8 figure return).
