Yamaha F15 four stroke outboard with electric start. It was recently serviced and runs great. But there is some water getting into the oil so it likely needs a top end rebuild kit. Looks like a pretty easy job for someone who is a little handy and has some free time. Gas tank and marine battery included for $500 OBO
