Proven cleaning supervisory experience required – We need someone who has successfully led teams before
Bilingual – Fluent in both Spanish and English
Highly organized – You keep things on track and don’t miss the details
Strong communicator – You can clearly report updates and lead a team
Flexible and reliable – Willing to help cover shifts when team members call out
Leadership mindset – You take initiative and ensure quality work
Need to be able to travel between facilities on a daily basis to perform routine checks with staff.
