Bought this sofa from Wayfair Professional less than 3 years ago for around $1000. It was only used in a vacation condo by me and my wife, non smokers and no pets. Sofa is 98" wide, 33" deep at left seating side and 68" deep at right chaise side...height from floor to top of back cushions is 33". Fits great if you have a small to medium size space. Must be able to move, condo is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
