RESPONSIBILITIES
* Clean and maintain common areas
* Provide assistance to maintenance as needed
* Provide assistance to property manager as needed.
* General cleaning (Sweeping, Moping, Windows, hosing pool deck & ; furniture, Skim / brush Pool tiles, Trash & Recycling etc)
* Work at your own pace. Laid back & ; Stress-free work environment
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Previous Experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
* Good time management and ability to work independently
* Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
* Must Speak English
