We are looking for a licensed Florida General Contractor to partner with on select projects. You would primarily handle permitting through the city of Naples Collier County and perform or oversee construction work, especially:
Building and attaching pergolas to existing homes/structures
Installing freestanding pergolas and similar shade structures
Outdoor kitchen installations (including running gas and water lines when needed)
Other outdoor construction tasks as needed (awnings, patios etc)
Requirements:
Active Florida General Contractor License
Ability to pull building permits reliably in Naples/Collier County
Experience with residential outdoor projects, structural attachments, and wind load requirements preferred
Proof of current insurance (general liability & WC, if applicable)
Reliable, professional and able to meet project timelines
This is an ongoing opportunity for the right GC-we have a steady flow of projects and are seeking a dependable partner for permitting and build work.
