JOB DESCRIPTION – SPOTTER
We are seeking an assertive, bilingual (English & Spanish) Spotter to support daily operations on site. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to direct truck movement safely and effectively.
Hard hat
High-visibility vest (available onsite if needed)
Steel-toe boots
Long pants
Eye protection
Workers without required PPE will be turned away.
JOB SUMMARY
Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete the following duties:
Spotting trucks and directing vehicle movement safely around the site.
Communicating clearly in both English and Spanish.
Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Assisting with general labor tasks as needed.
Remaining attentive and assertive while working in active heavy-equipment areas.
Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
