Part time office assistant needed for a Logiscool. We are teaching kids coding from 6-18.
Must be highly organized and have attention to detail. Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft a plus but we will train as needed.
Customer service skills are necessary. This is a starting position with room to grow!!!
CRM, Invoicing, to include accounts payable and receivable
Maintain files and records
Some social media
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
Follow up with clients and vendors
Handling multiple projects as requested
Compose and prepare agendas during daily meetings
Welcome onsite visitors
Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the office
Bilingual a plus
