Daily tasks include:
Reception duties; answering telephone, receiving packages, greeting clients and vendors
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
General administrative support as needed (mailing, filing, scanning, sorting, etc.)
Manage calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
Maintain and manage an accurate, up-to-date contact database
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, dependability and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in MS Office, iPhone, iPad, etc

Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, full insurance coverage and reliable automobile as position entails visiting showrooms to obtain samples, dropping off and picking up samples or other materials at client and vendor locations, field measuring, attendance at client meetings and other errands
Must be willing to execute personal errands and tasks for Principal when asked
Candidate must have ability to bend and reach from ground level to 6 feet in height, as well as, push, pull, lift and carry up to 25 lbs; must be able to hold and grip objects
Must be comfortable working around pets
There will be a six month probationary period.
Scheduling interviews on Monday, January 14-Friday, January 25. Must be available to start by Jan 21.
