Seeking a very respectful responsible over 55 person to find a nice place where two people can live separately but share overall expenses like in a mobile home with two separate entrances.
Retired I travel a lot and when here would prefer a person still working male or female who have their own friends. Must pass background check and no drink drugs or smoking. Wine with a meal ok. Cat ok but no dogs or other pets.
