I am a recently Certified General Contractor in Florida and ready to take on meaningfully projects for home owners, real estate investors and commercial customers. To be clear, even though I am recently Certified in Florida, I have over 47 years of experience as a Virginia Class A (Unlimited) Contractor so I am far from being a "Newbie"! Also, I have extensive experience with historic restorations and have worked on projects like Thomas Jefferson's Monticello in Charlottesville Va. and, in addition, I have done projects in Colonial Williamsburg which is also located in Virginia just to name a few.
My purpose for re-igniting my construction business is to be able to serve Floridians with the same respect, high quality workmanship and attention to detail as I did with my wonderful Charlottesville Va. customers. I pride myself for being upfront and honest in all aspects of my work and to always provide clarity in communications and with complete transparency.
To be sure, my Certified General Contractors license is an "Unlimited" license as was my Virginia contractor license so the scope of work on any given project can basically be "Anything" you want or desire! With this said, I am perfectly happy to do small projects as well as large projects so please do not hesitate to contact me for anything that may come to mind and not a problem with chatting and listening to your project ideas and/or to visit in person to make sure I fully understand the details of exactly what you want done.
