Located right on the water in a wonderfully quiet area of Marco Island, this beautiful home has it all. Great location on Marco. You can walk to restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops, marina, and yacht club. And you have access to the fantastic Marco Beaches. It's a short drive to golf, tennis, the everglades, or Naples. You can fish from or tie your boat up to the spacious dock; swim and relax in the custom shaped pool; or just lounge on the lanai and enjoy a special view of the water while having a beverage and cooking on our gas BBQ grill. This house has a master suite with private access to the lanai and pool; a second bedroom also with private access to the pool; and a third bedroom for extra guests. It features a large formal living room; a spacious family/recreation room, a dining room all directly overlooking the pool; large kitchen with brand new appliances, outdoor bar, outdoor shower, 2 car garage, and an occasional visit from a dolphin or manatee.

The Master suite is very private and is on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 Bedrooms. It has it own sliders to the lanai/pool, and has a TV, tub and shower, large closet, etc.

Everything you desire is close at hand on Marco...White sand beaches, many public golf courses within 1/2 hour, countless restaurants on Marco Island and Naples, shopping, boating, jet-skiing, parasailing, sightseeing, fishing, tennis, shelling, wildlife, and magnificent sunsets.

We are the owners of this lovely home, not a real estate agency or broker. We will not call you unless you would like us to. Weekends, weekly, monthly, season, or whatever period you would like. Great views and fully furnished. No extra fees or nonsense like that. We make rentals easy and uncomplicated. When you inquire, if you would please tell us your exact dates, number of people, (adults and children/pets) and a little bit about your group, we would appreciate it. We have different rates for the various seasons and times of the year. Please ask about the rates for your particular requested rental period. Rates vary from $1350 to $2950 per week.
