Established Fort Myers tax and accounting firm seeking a dependable Seasonal Part-Time Front Desk Assistant for the 2026 tax season.

This role is focused on providing phone coverage and client reception support during our busiest time of year.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls professionally and route appropriately

Greet and assist walk-in clients

Schedule appointments

Take detailed and accurate messages

Light administrative support as needed

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Approx. 18–22 hours per week

Ideal Candidate:

Professional and friendly demeanor

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working in a busy office environment

Able to handle multiple tasks calmly

Basic computer skills (Google Drive, email, scheduling)

This is a seasonal position through April 30, with the possibility of return next tax season.
