This condo is furnished so unfortunately, there is only room for 1 or 2 pieces of your own furniture. Ground floor, park right at your front door. The pool is only steps from your screened in lanai and there is a lovely view of the canal. The perfect tenant will be a single person or a couple, sorry but this condo is NOT BIG ENOUGH for more than TWO people. Absolutely NO ROOM MATE situation. Renter must be pre-approved by the Condo Association and the application fee is $135 which includes a background check. You will also need to run your own credit check to present a copy with your application. A one year lease is required and preference will be given to someone who can commit to staying long term.

This unit is for NON-SMOKERS only! This is a small condo community that is very well kept. The SE Cape Coral condo is located in a prime location, only two blocks off Del Prado and one block north of Coronado Parkway. It is close to everything! Your monthly rent of $1,750.00 includes community parking, heated pool, sewer, water, trash pick-up and pest control. Electric and Internet are not included. The security deposit is $2,500.00.

Finally, I am the OWNER and I live only 1.5 miles from this condo. Deal directly with me NOT a rental agency or real estate company. Yes, there are many scams on Craig's List but I can PROVE that I am the legitimate owner of this Cape Coral condo. I will not ask for money up front. I will not ask for gift cards. I will meet you IN PERSON and I will show the condo to you. I will NOT deal with scammers! All screening will be done by text or email first. I'm an excellent landlord and I fix problems and/or repair items as soon as possible. My previous tenants were here 8 years and loved living here!
