The Division Manager is responsible for sales and the customer service experience through the entire installation process: before, during installation and after jobs are completed. The position finds sales opportunity, trains and helps salesman to be more efficient increasing their profit margins and closing sales. The Division Manager coordinates with the Production Manager to increase work efficiency, helps the estimator create accurate estimates and trains and manages all other support staff including accounting, marketing, sales support, etc. The Roofing Division Manager position reports to the GM. Additionally the position requires the most care of customer needs and organization skills to manage sales and production. He/She also requires a unique personality going above and beyond ensuring an excellent roof experience, turning customers into promoters.

• In charge of the success of the business
• Oversees All Operations
• Exceeding or meeting business sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus
• Initiates and maximizes each sales opportunity with the existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationships
• Develops a strong product knowledge and learning structure providing sales force with options to find the best solutions to fit customers needs
• Uses tools to succeed to complete jobs, invoices, and customer surveys & warranty's.
• Participates and organizes company and industry events and conferences
• Conducts himself in a professional matter acting as the customer relationship manager
• Takes pride in high efficiency production and delivers high quality installations
• Works closely with the marketing team & sales manager to provide smart ideas maximizing markets and sales opportunities
• Provides weekly reports to GM including: Sales, Leads - Closing Rates - Revenues
• Provides updated account receivables and participate in the receivable process
• Communicates efficiently to production and sales manager for better flow
• Helps Complete on site inspections
• Provide appropriate training and reinforce as needed
