We are a family that owns couple of properties in Bonita Springs area and we are looking for somebody who can help us to take care of our short term rental clients. We have been renting houses for 8 years now and have a good experience. We are expanding our portfolio to 4 rental properties and need somebody who will help us with them.
We need somebody who will be able to assist us with these jobs:
check in of guests (by phone) - make sure the house is ready for guests, make sure the guests got into the house
during the stay (by phone) - answer phone calls if needed from the guests and help them solve their issue (we will be addressing those as well, but more just if we are not available)
check out the house after guests leave (in person) - check the cleaning of the house, send us a video and photo of the property, report the status of the house after guests
home care (in person) - change battery in door lock, change light bulbs, give guests guidance in person if needed... (not maintenance, but someone who is capable to take care of little jobs around the house)
Occasionally small jobs to pick up something and deliver to the house...
Person needs to be located in Bonita Springs and have a car and fluent English language. Lastly we need somebody who will answer the phone or go and check the house whenever needed though week days as well as the weekends.
Expected hours of work- though season between 4-10 hours a week, off season 1-5 hours a week.
