Agency seeking full-time professional for live-in assistance for two individuals with moderate cognitive disabilities. Compensation includes wages plus home plus utilities plus paid vacation. Provide coaching, guidance and some direct care such as meal preparation and medication administration for two adult women residing in their home. Both individuals are very independent and capable. Staff mostly provides coaching and suggestions and supervision. Assistance can include setting the washer/dryer settings, cooking the dinner meal, reminding to do laundry, reminding to bathe daily, help with changing bed linens, occasional transport to activities. Minimum requirements are high school diploma or GED, vehicle for occasional transport, clear background, some experience with persons with disabilities. Your weekdays are mostly free as the individuals attend day program.
