For His Glory Window Cleaning is hiring a motivated, full-time Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team serving Naples, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous window cleaning experience preferred (traditional mop & squeegee and/or water-fed pole systems)
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers
Reliable transportation (truck or vehicle capable of carrying window cleaning equipment)
Professional appearance and clean dress on every job
Dependable and punctual — workdays begin as early as 7:00 AM
Willing to work 6 days per week
Compensation:
Commission-based pay per completed job
Average earnings: $200–$250 per day
