Florida Boys Site Development is seeking an experienced Machine Operator / Professional Grader to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can consistently produce high-quality rough grades, stucco grades, and final grades for residential construction projects throughout Southwest Florida.
Minimum 5 years of grading experience preferred
Strong understanding of residential site development
Ability to read grade stakes and site plans
Valid driver's license required (clean driving record preferred)
Experience hauling equipment and properly securing machines to trailers is required
Ability to safely load and unload skid steers, excavators, dozers, and other equipment
CDL is a plus but not required
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Must have reliable transportation
