Requirements:
Must have general knowledge of the principles, methods, materials and practices of legal research and writing.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have general knowledge of court rules, policies and procedures.
Be able to research, analyze and interpret existing laws and ordinances, court decisions, pending legislation and other legal authorities, while utilizing traditional research tools as well as on-line research.
Prepare pleadings and memoranda on a variety of issues and proceedings.
Must be able and willing to represent and join the firm in marketing and business development initiatives.
