This position is for a Shipping Scheduler for a Local Construction Office (Full-Time position Monday through Friday)

Some responsibilities include:
- schedule orders to job sites
- order materials as requested
- maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of job folders
- assist in resolving any shipping problems
- answer calls from field supervisors regarding their inquiries on material
- invoicing in QuickBooks

- knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- knowledge with QuickBooks Accounting Software (*Plus)
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
- good research skills and attention to detail
- willing to learn new tasks
