Ask about our summer specials, This is a indoor air conditioned storage facility located off US 41 South Ft Myers. All our units are indoor climate controlled spaces available for your needs, I have a unit open that’s 960sq ft 45 ft length.$1544 a month plus tax. I also have a unit open same size that has a LOFT with office and storage room on loft. I have 2 storage units 21x23 with 12x14 door at $850 a month for your storage needs. We have one year lease or shorter term for a fee. Hobby shops, home storage vehicles boats RV’s and business storage, have an internet buisness it’s perfect for that. all good in here.
We have indoor climate controlled spots available for you’re vehicle,. parking spots start at $500 a month larger vehicles depend on length

The facility consists of 51 units with the following specifications:

Units are Key West style with insulation filled block, stucco, 24 gauge metal hip roofs and overhead insulated garage doors.
24 feet wide roads.
Tremendous New Security System, only one entry point, gated access, infrared cameras which photographs every vehicle that enters and exits.
Wash area to hose off your boat, truck or RV.
Units are individually air-conditioned.
Ceilings at 16’ allow for double the cubic feet of most storage units. Doors on both ends.
50 amp service.
No need to worry about those valuables during hurricane season! These units are built to withstand hurricane force winds. If you need to customize your interior for better handling of your specific needs, please do so. After all, that’s why we call it MyGarage!
