Career Strategies is hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant for an Apartment Community in the Fort. Myers, FL area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.
Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.
• One year of prior leasing experience is required.
• Available to work weekends
• Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing
• Friendly, energetic, great people skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent phone and in person sales skills
• Motivated and hard-working
• High energy
• Excellent communication skills
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
• Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
