Executive/Personal Assistant ((Naples/Bonita/Estero/Fort Myers))

Concierge Virtual Executive Assistant currently has an opening for a new client. Excellent references and immediate availability. Over 20 years' experience working for C-Level executives in both a personal and business capacity.

I provide various administrative support for my clients including, but not limited to, the following:

Complex travel arrangements (hotels, flights - domestic and international, private yachts, cruises, ferries, chauffeurs, rental cars/taxis etc.), event planning, calendar management, scheduling, vendor/domestic staff liaison, complex business correspondence and reports, personal correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, personal and business banking and billpay involving multi-million dollar bank accounts. I work with existing company accountants/attorneys/financial advisors and estate planners.

I have a confident telephone manner and etiquette attributed to a customer service background. I also have excellent written communication skills. I am proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, QuickBooks, accounts payable/receivable, company payroll, marketing, recruitment, some website design and I am a Florida Notary. I have performed dictation/transcription for many years and have a typing speed of 60wpm+.

I have international experience and I am a UK/USA dual citizen.

I work remotely as an independent contractor from my home office in Estero, Florida. (I do not work in-house).
