I am a Retired senior looking for a mature live-in part-time housekeeper to share my large 4 bedroom newer home in a nice area of Lehigh.
Reduced rent for helping clean. Must like dogs and cats as I do have many pets.
Private room furnished or unfurnished. Private bath, unless another room gets rented, or you want 2 rooms. T/V in room, Internet, A/C, electric, off street parking, washer/dryer. Large lanai with firepit for relaxing.
Rent is $700 a month per room, reduced to $500 for helping, or $1,000 a month for two rooms and the bath.
I am looking for a long term, drug free, drama free, tenant.
No alternative lifestyles please.
1st and last months rent required.
