Aquamenti Pools is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated sales representative to help expand our residential pool service routes in Southwest Florida.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident, personable, and driven to build recurring income through client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Generate new leads in residential neighborhoods (door-to-door, referrals, local networking)
Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into weekly service customers
Educate homeowners on our service options (basic, deluxe, premium)
Schedule estimates and coordinate with our service team
Build and maintain relationships with clients and local communities
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Sales experience preferred (but not required if you’re confident and coachable)
Reliable transportation
Familiarity with the SWFL area is a plus
Compensation:
Commission-based with strong earning potential
