compensation: Year 1: $30,000 + bonus (up to $1500) Year 2: $35,000 + Bonus (up to $2500) Year 3: TBD ($40k - $45k)

Technical Doctor Inc is looking for 2 qualified call center focused techs for this position. This person will be responsible answering call from our customers around the country with limited guidance, there will always be experts to assist. A technical person with great multi-tasking and a hardworking ethic is what we seek.

Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and helpful customer service to our customers
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Recommend hardware and software improvements
Track customer issues and resolutions
Co-Manage client-side corporate system upgrades

Qualifications:
**MUST HAVE** 3-5 years of progressive I.T. experience
Previous experience in IT call center, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly can-do attitude
Ability to multi-task
Aptitude to learn new technology
2 or 4-year degree preferred

TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING AND EXPERIENCE:
Windows 7/8/10 troubleshooting
Windows Server troubleshooting and configuration
Knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, etc.
Solid understanding of networking. Knows the difference between Hubs/Switches/Routers, when and why to use each in a network.
Can explain what DHCP and DNS are.
Must have hardware troubleshooting skills.
Repair and upgrade PC's including Servers
Understand RAID Technologies
Ability to manage small projects
Possibly has certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, CCNA

Sonicwall knowledge highly desired or ability to learn quickly. We can provide training.

NAT
RDP
Knowledge of AirWatch desirable but not required
