Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Asphalt Screw Operator and Bobcat Operator to join our team. As a leading construction company specializing in Sports courts, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality projects in a safe and efficient manner.


Asphalt Screw Operator:
Operate and maintain asphalt screw machines to distribute and level asphalt material during paving operations.
Ensure proper positioning and adjustment of the screw conveyor for optimal asphalt placement.
Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve project specifications.
Collaborate with paving crew members to coordinate paving activities.
Bobcat Operator:
Operate a variety of construction equipment, including skid-steer loaders (bobcats), to perform grading, excavation, and material handling tasks.
Safely maneuver the bobcat to load and unload materials, clear debris, and assist in various construction activities.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating heavy machinery.

Proven experience as an Asphalt Screw Operator or Bobcat Operator in the construction or paving industry.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining relevant equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
Commitment to safety practices and regulations.

As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for transporting heavy equipment to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the timely delivery and proper handling of our equipment.


Operate and maneuver heavy equipment transport vehicles, including tractor-trailers and flatbed trucks.
Load, unload, and secure heavy equipment onto trailers using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles and equipment as needed.

Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial truck driver, preferably with experience in hauling heavy equipment.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
Ability to operate heavy equipment transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Physical ability to load and unload heavy equipment and perform related tasks.
