Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs - Triple - 25-3/4" Wide - $125

I purchased this step a couple of years back for a client who damaged his step by leaving it extended while moving his RV, however he never returned to have it installed so I am selling it for what I paid minus his deposit, he was notified by Certified Mail in July that he had 90 days to have me complete the work or forfeit his deposit.
The step has been stored in my carport and is still in good shape and operates properly.
It is manufactured out of 8 Gauge steel and is black.
