I bought this trailer to move to Florida from Oregon. I have used it as storage for the last 4.5 yrs. Good and dry. There is some stuff in it now but it will be gone before you pick it up. Tires are good a lot of tread left.

Can be used as storage or make a tiny home out of it.

I didn’t have time to get it registered when I bought it as my nephew was there the day after I bought it to move me here.
I have a Washington title in hand.
I need this to sell as I can no longer afford the storage fees. If you would like to keep it where it is the storage fee is $214.07 and is stored at
Fort Myers Boat RV Storage on River Rd in North Fort Meyers. It is secure and a very safe storage.
